Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to provide theoretical basis for controlling goosery infectious diseases induced by Riemerella anatipestifer.[Method] The epidemiological investigation was performed on diseased goosery, the pathogen was isolated from diseased goose and identified and its control measures were researched through susceptibility test.[Result] The pure culture filmpreparation of tested bacterium was negative small rod-shape in gram staining and fine coccobacillus with two dense stained ends in wright staining. The bacterium grew along the puncture line on the semisolid medium, so it was identified as R. Anatipestifer. The animal regression experiment indicated that after the goslings and ducklings were inoculated with the bacterial strains isolated from diseased goose, the clinical and anatomical symptoms of diseased goslings and ducklings were consistent with that of natural cases and R. Anatipestifer could be isolated from diseased goslings and ducklings. The bacterium was sensitive to gentamicin, kanamycin and spectinomycin, medium sensitive to lincomycin, ciprofloxacin, and etc. And not sensitive to streptomycin, benzylpenicillin, sulfadiazine and tetracycline.[Conclusion] The pathogen was R. Anatipestifer and the goosery blight induced by it could be controlled with gentamicin, kanamycin and spectinomycin.关键词
