Abstract
By the explanation of the inevitability that education must fit the development of society; it points out that quality education is the requirement of times ; it shows the status and effect of physical training; it also explains that physical training is a very important part in full-scale quality education. Consequently, it proves that physical training is a very important means to actualize full-scale quality education.关键词
