山东省中学体育师资结构及需求现状的调查研究
Investigations on the Present Conditions of the Structure and Needs of the Middle School P E Teaching Staff in Shandong Province
摘要
Abstract
This article is based on 90 suburb and rural schools from different prefectures, counties and districts as objects of study, by means of documentary information, questionnaires, expert interviews, data statistics, logical induction. It has done an overall research on the current situations of middle school PE teaching staff and social requirements in Shandong province. The study showed that the structure of teaching staff is not reasonable and regional disparity is remarkable. There is a great potentiality in the intellectual market both in the west and middle parts of China. On the other hand, the present PE teaching mode, educational theory, curriculum construction and teaching rating system in universities deviate from those in middle school. Therefore, the reforms of the PE education in universities must be re-located and the enhancing of PE teachers' comprehensive quality should be highlighted.关键词
