Abstract
Recent developments of 99Tcm labeled receptor radiopharmaceuticals for central nervous system (CNS) imaging are reviewed. The emphases are focused on how to design 99Tcm labeled radiopharmaceuticals based on known structure-activity relationship. The present problems of these radiopharmaceuticals and different design methods are also discussed.关键词
