支气管哮喘遗传相关基因的研究OA

目的检测与支气管哮喘遗传相关的基因。方法将门诊或病房确诊为哮喘的病人按实验要求分为两组，一组为有明显家族遗传史的患者，另一组为没有家族史的散发患者。首先从实验对象的外周血中提取DNA，PCR扩增IL-4的第二个内含子中的一段TG重复序列，然后用8％的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测这段基因的多态性。结果在这段基因序列中检测出4种多态性，其中等位基因表型1和等位基因表型2在有遗传史的哮喘患者与无遗传史的哮喘患者中出现的频率有区别。结论IL-4的第二个内含子中…查看全部>>
Objective to detect polymorphism of asthma related genes. Methods Patients diagnosed asthma were divided into twogroups , one group has genetic susceptibility , the other has no such character. DNA were extracted from the peripheral blood, then TG se-quence in second intron of IL-4 was amplified by PCR, the polymorphism of that segment were then detected through 8% po]yacrylamidegel.
