Abstract
Objective To provide reliable parameter to select transferring embryos in in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer. Methods 453 embryos from 120 pregnant cycles were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 120pregnancies, 75 were singleton pregnancies and 45 multiple pregnancies. The ratio of 4-cell stage embryos in singleton pregnancies was 47.3%, and increased to 53.2% in twin pregnancies and 72.5% in triplet pregnancies. The more the≥4-cell stage embryos transfered, the more the embryos implanted( P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Morphology can be considered as a parameter to select transferring embryos, but how to determine an optimal number of embryos and decrease multiple pregnancy rate at the meantime still needs prospective study.关键词
