摘要
Abstract
A new， simple and high speed CCD camera calibration procedure intended for a vis i on inspection application， where many intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of ever y CCD camera are to be determined， is presented. The key parameters of CCD ca mera are gradually derived by linear algorithm and vector analysis. This camera calibration technique is proved to be accurate and high speed. It is practical and simple for algorithm analysis， and is applied to cam era parameters calibrating for many CCD cameras in normal vision inspection syst e m，especially for multi-vision sensors in large-sized vision inspection system .The calibration error is better than 0.05 mm.关键词
