摘要

Abstract

This paper presents an overview of a new hydraulic winch test-bed applicable to testing the performances and life-span of varied hydraulic winches produced by different companies and new energy recycling technology is used in it.Energy waste is avoided due to long-time testing and energy recycle realized. The obverse condition and reverse condition are explained and mathematical models of this system is established.Also,an analysis is made of the rope pull,the setting pressure of the relief valve 6 and the influnce of the speed of main drum influencing on power saving rate.Finally the AMESim software is used to build a mold to analyze the power saving rate.
