Distribution of 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor in neurons of guinea pig inferior mesenteric ganglion
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the distribution of 5-HT receptor in neurons of guinea pig inferior mesenteric ganglion(IMG). Methods Tissue imprint and immunocytochemical staining were made from the neurons of IMG. Results 1∶2 000 of the frist antibody density was the fittest. The 5-HT receptor existed in neurons of IMG. Conclusion The 5-HT receptor can exist in neurons of IMG and distribute locally.关键词
