Abstract
To investigate the risk factors of fungal infection in severeacute pancreatitis(SAP), and its preventive strategy. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 119 cases of SAP admitted from January 1996 to December 1999. Results: Candida is the main strain of fungus in SAP. The risk factors of fungal infection were found to be:(1)Severity of disease; (2)Parenteral nutrition and enteral dysfunction more than five days; Prophylactic treatment can decrease the incidence of fungal infection in ICU. Conclusions: Severity, parenteral nutrition and enteral dysfunction more than five days are the main risk factors of fungal infection in SAP.关键词
