Abstract
The Effects of dietary protein levels (w(protein)=20.2%, 29.6%,40.8% and 51.2%) on the growth and activity of digestive enzymes of giant fresh water prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) are investigated. No significant differences between YSGR (P>0.05) and activity of amlyase (P=0.108) are found among experimental groups with different dietary protein levels. However, dietary protein levels have significant effects on the activity of tryptase (P=0.017) and pepsin (P=0.002). At higher dietary protein levels, the activity of pepsin and tryptase increase significantly, while the ratio of the activity of amylase to tryptase decrease. No correlation between growth and activity of digestive enzymes is found in present work.关键词
