利用RAPD技术分析野生大豆×栽培大豆后代品系遗传组成
RAPD ANALYSIS OF THREE SOYBEAN LINES FROMTHE CROSS OF ( Glycine soja × Glycine max) × G. max

Abstract
Three soybean elite lines(8650-1-4 and 8702-2-4, 8702-2-8) wasdeveloped by using Glycine soja as female parent and Glycine maa as male parent. 8650-1-4 was developed by backcrossing of Tongjiao 81-1543 with F1 of ( G. soja × Chengdou No. 1), and 8702-2-4, 8702-2-8 were developed by backcrossing of Tongjiao 81-1543 with F2 of ( G. soja × Chengdou No. 1). Parental and progeny nuclear DNA was analysised by RAPD method. A total of 79 primers were analyzed with parents, fifteen of which were polymorphic between parents. Using these 15 primers, G. Soja amplified 19 special loci, 4 in Chengdou and 9 in Tongjiao respectively, which indicates that genetic background of G. soja differ from G. max. The number of special loci coming from G. soja , Chengdou No. 1 and Tongjiao 81-1543 is 2,2 and 5 for 8702-2-4;. 1,2 and 8 for 8702-2-8; 11,1 and 2 for 8650-1- 4, respectively. These results were in accordance with their agronomic character performance, 8702-2-8 was more similar to Tongjiao 81-1543 and 8650- 1-4 inherited more characters from G. soja , which indicated that RAPD markers is an useful tool to study relationship between parents and progenies . In addition , we also found some RAPD loci were stronger in 8702-2-4 and 8702-2-8 than their parents, but the mechanism is not clear.关键词
