摘要
Abstract
A novel cDNA was discovered through the screening of a human fetal heart library. Genbank searching and blasting suggested that the cDNA sequence probably encodes a novel protein belonging to A-Kinase Anchoring Protein (AKAP) family and its predicted protein sequence shows 71% similarity with AKAP95. RII-binding site in its 3' terminal was also found by Blasting with Genbank database. The sequence was found to be included in Cosmid R33907 and F20900 originated from Q13.1 locus in Chromosome 19, suggesting that this gene locate in Q13.1 on Chromosome 19 and interestingly neighbore with AKAP95.关键词
