高效液相法测定陕西产延胡索中延胡索乙素、原阿片碱的含量
RP-HPLC Analysis of d1-Tetrahydropalmatine and Protopine in Corydalis yanhusuo Produced from Shaanxi
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to establish a method for determination of d1-Tetrahydropalmatine and protopine in Corydalis yanhusuo.[Method]HPLC separation was carried on a column of ODS (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), with the mobile phase of 0.1% phosphate buffer-methanol (65∶35) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.[Result]The average content of d1-Tetrahydropalmatine and protopine in Corydalis yanhusuo produced from was 0.977 and 0.651 mg/g respectively.Their average recovery were 98.02% (RSD=1.87%) and 98.63% (RSD=1.43%).[Conclusion]Compared with other literatures, the content of two active components in Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang from Shaanxi, the content of d1-Tetrahydropalmatine and protopine were relative higher, which could meet the content requirements of China Pharmacopeia (2005).关键词
