Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of paeoniflor in Jianganle particle by RP-HPLC. [Method]The content of paeoniflor in Jianganle particle was determinated by using RP-HPLC. The separation was performed on a ODS2- C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was cetonitrile-water (15∶85)at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The defection wavelength was 230 nm. [Result]The linear range of paeoniflorin was in the range of 0.16-0.83 μg;The addition recovery rate was 99.20%, RSD=1.2%(n=6). [Conclusion]The method for the determination of paeoniflor in Jianganle particle by RP-HPLC is simple, rapid, exclusive and accurate, and it is suitable for determination of paeoniflor of Jianganle particle.关键词
