Effects of Different Mediums on Inducement and Multiplication of Cymbidium hybridium Protocorm
[目的]大花蕙兰快速繁殖体系的建立.[方法]以茎尖和带有侧芽的茎段作为外植体,研究不同培养基对大花蕙兰原球茎诱导和增殖的影响.[结果]结果表明, 大花蕙兰茎尖的原球茎诱导率高于侧芽,原球茎诱导的培养基为1/2MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+1.0%芦荟汁;原球茎增殖培养基为1/2MS+ 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA +150 g/L香蕉泥+1.0%芦荟汁;"井"字形切割(底部不分开)是原球茎…查看全部>>
[Objective]The purpose of this research was to found the tissure culture and rapid propagation system of Cymbidium hybridium. [Method]Effects of different mediums on inducement and multiplication of C.hybridium protocorms, using shoot tips and stem sections as explants, were investigated.
