褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis)消化系统组织结构的研究
Study on the Microstructure of Digestive System in Brachionus plicatilis
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to study the microstructure characters of digestive system in Brachionus plicatilis by using histological technique. [Method]The microstructure of digestive system in B. plicatilis was studied by using continuous paraffin section, HE staining techniques and optical microscope. [Result]The structure of digestive tract wall in B. plicatilis was relatively simple, there was no connective fiber membrane or serous membrane and there were often long and intensive cilia grown on the free ends of epithelia. There was no muscle layer, but only a layer of epithelial cells on every section except that there was muscle similar to skeletal muscle distributed in oral groove location. [Conclusion]The paraffin section technique could be used as an effective method for determining physiological and growth statue of rotifer.关键词
