机油降解菌的分离及其降解特性研究
Study on the Isolation of Oil Degradation Bacteria and Its Degradation Characteristics

Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to isolate the main oil degradation bacteria and study its degradation characteristics. [Method]Oil degradation strains were isolated from soil that was polluted by petroleum nearby Maoming Refinary. Their morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics were analyzed. The degradation characteristics of these strains to machine oil and their influencing factors were studied. [Result]Three strains of degradation bacteria were isolated. And one strain was identified as Bacillas sp.. The optimum culture conditions were as follows: pH value of 8.0, inoculation by NH4Cl as the N source in the culture medium and incubation at 40 ℃. When the proposed strain grew under these conditions, the degradation rate reached 47.2%. [Conclusion]Petroleum pollution could be effectively controlled by using biological degradation.关键词
