Influence of growth hormone-insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ axis on normal pregnancy
目的探讨生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ在正常妊娠中的作用.方法采用酶联免疫吸附法和放免法测定116例正常孕期不同孕周孕妇母血中IGF-Ⅰ和GH水平,同期20例正常非孕妇女作为对照. 结果 GH水平随孕周增加而逐渐升高,至孕25周后达高峰,并持续在较高水平(χ2=40.458,P<0.0001),早孕(5周～)组较非孕组GH水平增高,分别为3.45?μg/L和1.61?μg/L,差异有显著性(P<0.05);IGF-Ⅰ水平自孕29周后随…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the role of growth hormone-insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) axis in normal pregnancy. Methods Totally, 116 normal pregnant women were recruited from January 1997 to June 1998, with 20 normal nonpregnant women as controls.
