Abstract
The total control is a system engineering,which consists of headstream control,processing control and treatment in end.Monitoring is an availability method for the total control.This paper analyzes existing problems in the total control,discusses the total control basic amount in wastewater discharging,discharging reaching standard ratio,and so on.The calculate methods of these parameters are provided.关键词
