Detection of MSAP (Methylation Sensitive Amplified Polymorphism) on DNA Methylation during Chicken Fetation

Abstract
[Objective]The study aimed to detect the DNA methylation level in different chicken fetation stages. [Method]The chicken embryo in different development stages was taken as the tested materials to extract the genomic DNA and its DNA methylation level was detected preliminarily by the technique of methylation sensitive amplified polymorphism (MSAP). [Result]It was found that the number of methylation sites were 880, in which, the single-stranded outboard cytosine methylation (hmCCGG) sites of CCGG sites accounted for 20.48%, the double-stranded inside cytosine methylation (Cm CGG) sites of CCGG sites accounted for 19.30%, resp., and the total of them was 39.78%. [Conclusion]The level of DNA methylation showed a rising trend along with the chicken fetation.关键词
