摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to clone the homologous genes of laccase from Ginkgo biloba L. for further study on the function of laccase in Ginkgo biloba L. [Method]PCR method was used for cloning the homologous genes of laccase, after the genomic DNA was isolated from leaves of male plants of G. biloba. [Result]The obtained DNA sequence had a high homology (68%) with the homologous genes of laccase previously cloned in peach by homologous comparison. [Conclusion]Some DNA fragments of the homologous genes of laccase were successfully cloned.关键词
