摘要
Abstract
Adopting the method of the divided flow precise extrusion and applying a combined experimental die, the technical scheme of forming spur gear by means of precise cold-extrusion was experimentally investigated and the regularity of metal filling in the mould was studied. The aim is to explore an optimal technical scheme of direct extrusion which is simultaneously limited by the divided flow extrusion and cold-extrusion formed by one time. All the procedures mentioned before were analyzed by the upper limit theory. The experimental result shows that the restrained divided flow extrusion has a lot of merits in the field of improving metal ability to fill in mould, which provides a feasible basis for practice use.关键词
