Abstract
To observe the effects of growth hormone and somatostatin on wound healing during total parenteral nutrition(TPN). After using growth hormone and somatostatin on TPN rats, the results showed that growth hormone improved levels of plasma total protein,albumin and hydroxyproline, and also increased concentrations of hydroxyproline and fibroblast in granulation tissue. While somatostatin reduced levels of plasma protein, hydroxyproline and fibroblast, and granulation tissue hydroxyproline. It suggested that growth hormone could accelerates whole body and granulation tissue protein synthesis or wound healing, somatostatin sometimes partly inhibits body protein synthesis and wound healing.关键词
