Mapping of the main restoring gene (Rf4)of C-cytoplasmic male sterility in maize with RFLP
摘要
Abstract
A study was conducted on the restoring gene(Rf4 ） of C-cytoplasmic male sterility in maize by means of field fertility determinat ion and RFLP molecular marker.Feild fertility results show that there were two p airs of overlapping restoring genes of C-cytoplasmic male sterility in maize.Us ing the method of near-isogenic line A192 and the BC1 segregating populatio n of (CMS-C237×A619） restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP),the re stor ing gene Rf4 for C-cytoplasmic male sterility was localized in chromosome 8 S，linking to two RFLP markers loci.npi220 and csu29.关键词
