"温敏"无核荔枝3种类型果实发育期间结果母枝叶片碳水化合物含量研究
Study on the Carbohydrate Contents of Bearing Branches Leaves of "Temperature-sensitive" Seedless Litchi during Fruit Development
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to study the carbohydrate contents of bearing branches leaves of "Temperature-sensitive" Seedless litchi during fruit development. [Method]A comparative study during fruit development on carbohydrate contents in leaves of bearing branches among 3 types (seedless, aborted-seed and normal-seed) of "Temperature-sensitive" seedless litchi. [Result]The results showed during fruit development, especially the earlier stage (0-21 d after anthesis) and the later stage (42-84 d after anthesis), low level carbohydrates (starch, reducing sugar and sucrose) contents in leaves of bearing branches might be the one of reasons for the formation of aborted-seeded fruits and normal-seeded fruits. During fruit development, especially the intermediate stage and later stage, the high ratio of starch was the important effect to seedless fruit formation. [Conclusion]The carbohydrate contents in leaves of bearing branches was the one of factors on seedless rate.关键词
