强迫症患者及其一级亲属的三维人格特征

Abstract
Objective To explore the tridimensional personality characteristics of OCD and their first degree relatives. Methods 329 normal control,84 OCD patients and 48 OCD's first degrees relatives finished the TPQ. Results The NS1 ,RD3 scores of OCD are lower than the normal control group(P<0.05). The HA scores of OCD and OCD's first degree relatives are higher than the normal control group(P<0.05). The NS,HA scores of OCD are higher than the OCD's first degree relatives(P<0.05). Conclusion The TPQ scores pattern of OCD and OCD's first degree relatives are higher in HA scores and lower in NS and RD scores. The TPQ scores pattern and tridimensional personality characteristics of OCD is similar to their first degree rela-tives.关键词
