67例2型糖尿病患者体脂与其胰岛B细胞功能的相关性

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relation of body fat content and distribution with pancreatic β-cell function of type 2 diabetics. Methods FAT, FATMASS were measured with TBF-300GS in 67 type 2 diabetic cases Height, body weight and waist circumference were also measured to calculate BMI and WHR. Standard steamed bread Test and arginine stimulation test were done in the cases to measure plasma glucose and C-peptide of every time scale, then to calculate Area under a curve of C-peptide. Results WHR, WC, BMI, FAT、FATMASS were correlated positively with 0 hours C-tipetide, 2 hours C-peptide、 Area under a curve of C-peptide which measured by Standard steamed bread Test and arginine stimulation test, ( P< 0.05 ). Conclusions Increasing body fat, especial increasing area of abdominal fat, will increase the B cell of pancreas's work, which is an important risk factor of insulin resistance for type 2 diabetics.关键词
