冠脉三支病变心电图分析
Analysis of the electrocardiograms of pathological changes in three main coronary arteries

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the electrocardiogram in patients with pathological changes in three main coronary arteries this had been established by coronary angiography. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the electrocardiogram data from 113 patients with normal level of myocardial enzymes and pathological changes in three main coronary arteries which had been established by coronary angiography. The patients were divided into two groups: only coronary stricture was found (A); and coronary occlusion was found (B).Results The incidences of abnormal Q wave, abnormal ST segment, abnormal T wave, and in group B were higher than those in group A, and the incidence of arrhythmia in group A was higher than that in group B. No between-group difference was found in the incidence of abnormal ECG. Conclusions ECG can help diagnose patients with normal level of myocardial enzymes and pathological changes in 3 main coronary arteries but must with other methods.关键词
