手法撕囊治疗后发性白内障的疗效分析
An analysis on the efficacy of after-cataract by manual eapsulorhexis treatment

Abstract
Objective The study the efficacy and safety of after-cataract by manual capsulorhexis treatment. Methods The study was designed to review the eyesight change and complications of I37 cases (158 eyes) of after-cataract treated by manual capsulorhexis. The follow-up time is from 3-6 months. Results Among the 158 eyes, 150 received an eyesight improvement (95%), 8 eyes remained unchanged (5%), 0 cases appeared with postoperative complications including endophthalmitis, secondary glaucoma, dislocated iol et.al. Conclusion With significant efficacy and less complication, manual capsulorhexis is of great value in promotion and application in treating after-cataract among primary hospitals.关键词
