摘要
Abstract
Objective Observation of rhubarb retention enema for renal dysfunction after traumatic brain injury treatment.Methods Randomly after 60 cases of traumatic brain injury patients with renal dysfunction were divided into 2 groups: treatment group (rhubarb retention enema group, 32 cases)! Control group (Western non-dialysis method of treatment group , 28 cases).Through different treatment on the Evaluation of group 2 patients.Results Rhubarb retention enema group therapy seven days later, according to the standard to determine efficacy of the two experimental group was significantly more effective than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions Rhubarb retention enema for renal dysfunction after traumatic brain injury have positive efect, they not only can reduce the blood BUN Cr content, improve clinical symptoms and reduce mortality. But also has its own Tongfu reduce the absorption of endotoxin, is a simple, effective the exact method of treatment.关键词
