摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the Effect of zedoary turmeric oil on proliferation and apoptosis of human Gastric csncer cell line SGC-7901.Methods human Gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 was cultured routinely and treated by zedoary turmeric oil in different concentrations.The cell growth was detected by MTT method;Apoptotic rate were determined by flow cytometry.Results zedoary turmeric oil effectively inhibited the growth of SGC-7901 in a concentration-dependent manner(P<0.01),Compared with the control group,the cell apoptotic rates of the treated group increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Zedoary turmeric oil inhibits the proliferation and induces the apoptosis of SGC-7901.关键词
