低位直肠癌结肠造口病人的健康教育
Health education for the patients of permanent Colonic artificial anus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explone the affection regarding the self-nursing ability and life quality of health education to the patients of low rectal neoplasms after colostomy.Methods Take steps according to the content,Make use of the models,the books,the videos,the artificial anus stuff,etc.to explain.Make the consnhatative clinic and sodality come into existence as uell.Results 36 patients overcome their psychological disorder and acceptted the operation calmly after they took lessons.It could help to master more knownledge about the dosease and the precaution of complication.It has significant difference(P<0.05)compared with that they haven't taken lessons before.For another it also could build up a favorable relationship hetween nurse and patient,and increase the patients,sutisfatory level about the medical staff.Conclusions The health education is important,to accelerate postoperative healing and improve life quality to which the nurses should pay more attention.关键词
