高压氧对颅脑损伤患者C-反应蛋白和血糖的影响
Study on the effect of serum C-reactive protein and blood glucose of patients with craniocerebral injury by the HBO ttreatment

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of serum C-reactive protein and blood glucose of cmniocerebral injury patients by the hyperbaric oxygen (HBO)treatment.Methods After the determination, the normal control group were with 20 cases, and the medium group (G1) with 44 cases, the severe group (G2) with 40 cases. Craniocerebral injury patients were given the hyperbaric oxygen treatment within 24 hours admission in the first course of treatment and hyperbaric oxygen treatment in the early morning after the second course of blood glucose and C-reactive protein values.Results Fasting blood glucose after head injury and elevated C-reactive protein levels with craniocerebral injury were positively correlated, and fasting blood glucose and C-reactive protein also had the positive correlation.Conclusions Fasting blood glucose and C-reactive protein can help to understand the condition of craniocerebral injury patients.And the hyper-baric oxygen treatment can reduce the fasting blood glucose and C-reactive protein.关键词
