单侧腰麻在老年患者下肢手术中的应用效果
The efficacy of unilateral spinal anesthesia for lower limb surgery in elderly patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of unilateral spinal anesthesia for lower surgery in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were randomly assigned to receive unilateral spinal anesthesia (study were (108.22 ± 2.35)mmHg and (76.22 ± 2.10)/min in the study group and (97.20 ± 2.40) mmHg and (73.26 ± 2.14)/min in the control group. MAP and HR in the study group were superior to those in the control group,with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The onset time,full blockage time,adjuvant drug use,and dosage of local anaesthetics in the study group were superior to those in the control group and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). The rate of adverse reactions differed significantly between the study group and the control group (3.33％ vs 30.00％,P＜0.05). Conclusion Unilateral spinal anesthesia is effective in lower limb surgery for elderly patients and has fewer complications. It is worth popularizing.关键词
