摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ocular changes after small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery and posterior chamber intraocular lens ( PC-IOL ) implantation .Methods 64eyes of50cases with age related cataract who underwent small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery and posterior chamber intraocular lens ( PC-IOL Xmplantation were included in this study.The eyes were observed for subjective complaints of dry eye ,tear break up ,corneal fluorescein staining and rosebengal ataining preoperatively and Schirmer I test value were analyzed preoperatively and 1 day , 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6monlhs postoperatively. Results Comparing with the data before operation, the subjective complaints of dry eye ,tear break up , corneal fluorescein staining and rosebengal ataining preoperatively and Schirmer I test were all of statistical singificance( P<0.05 )on the first day ,lweek and 1 month after operation respectively, but 3 to 6 months after operation they had no statistical significance ( P> 0.05 ) Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery and PC-IOL implantation have effects on the ocular surface in the short time ,and some patients may have dry eye syndrome after surgery.关键词
