摘要
Abstract
Objective To instruct the clinical sedative in patients on mechanical ventilation by observing the effectiveness of midazolam intravenous injecting with Ramsay sedation scales. Methods 182 cases on mechanical ventilation in intensive care unite (ICU) from January to June in 2009 were sedation level by observing 24 hours dynamically with Ramsay sedation scales. Results The Ramsay sedation scales is contribute to judging the sedation level exactly. Conclusion Ramsay sedation scales and clinical observation may be best used to get the information of patients. To reduce the dependence of sedation and proportion of unplanned extubation(UEX) by daily interruption is to decrease the cannula days and venilatorassociated pneumonia(VAP).关键词
