低压液相层析法与离子交换层析法测定糖化血红蛋白的比较
Low performance liquid chromatography versus ion exchange chromatography for detecting HboA1c

Abstract
Objective To study the methodological difference between low performance liquid chromatography (LPLC) and ion exchange chromatography (IEC) for detecting HbA1c. Methods We examined the accuracy, precision, interfering factors, and relativity of low performance liquid chromatography and ion exchange chromatography for detecting HbA1c. Results The average CV value for LPLC was 3.01%in batch assay and 3.05% in day to day asay, while that for IEC was 4.93% in batch assay and 5.23% in day to day assay. The average recovery rate was101.8% for LPLC and 107.4% for IEC while the true value of HbA1c was 4.6%, 7.9%, and 12.8%. The relativity of LPLC and IEC was described as the following formulas:Y = 0.982X-0.351, with no statistical differences (P>0.05). Bilirubin, triglycerides, and cholesterol had no interference for LPLC and IEC. Conclusion LPLC and IEC are simple and sensitive in detecting HbA1c.关键词
