冠心病患者认知与遵医行为相关因素的调查分析
The awareness and medical compliance in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the factors influencing coronary heart disease (CHD) and medical compliance, so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment and health education, and to formulate the coping nursing strategy conductive to coronary heart disease control. Methods A survey on the awareness of CHD and medical compliance was conducted in 345 patients with CHD by questionnaire, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results 129 of the patients (37.4%) had good awareness of the disease and medical compliance and the rest 216 (62.6%) had poor awareness and compliance. Regular doctor visit was the worst and taking medications was the best in medical compliance. Sex, family origin, occupation, education level,income, and family support had effects on the awareness of CHD and medical compliance (P＜0.05). Conclusions The awareness of CHD and medical compliance are not ideal in patients with CHD. Health education should be strengthened in such patients to incresse the control rate of coronary heart disease and to reduce the death rate.关键词
