Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining salvianolic acid B in Shuian capsules. Methods The chromatographic column was Thermo ODS Hypersil (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 μ m) with a mobile phase consisted of methyl cyanide- methyl alcohol-formic acid-water (10:30 and 1; 59) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1. The detective wavelength was set at 286 nm. Results An ideal linearity was obtained at a range of 25 to 398 u g·ml-1 (r = 0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.69%, with RSD of 0.88% (n = 9). Conclusions This method is convenient, accurate, specific, and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Shuian capsules.关键词
