摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of anti-inflammatory and anti-itch powder for perineal eczema. Methods 86 patients with perineal eczema were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into study group and control group. In the study group, 43 patients were treated with anti-inflammatory and anti- itch powder and epinastine while in the control group, 43 patients were treated with dexamethasone ointment (Boric acid solution) and epinastine for 7 days. The efficacy was evaluated seven days after treatment. Results It had a better effect on moderate to severe itching in the patients in two groups. There were significant statistical differences between the two groups (P<.0.05). The effective rate of was 95.35% in the study group but 76.74% in contral group. There were significant statistical differences between the two groups (x2= 6.198, P= 0.013). Conclusions Anti-inflammatory and anti-itch powder is a safe and effective alternate therapy for perineum eczema.关键词
