摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinincal effect of enalapril and indapamide in treatment of patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Metlod Ninty nine patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(enalapril and indapamide) and control group(enalapril),Two groups were all treated for 12weeks. Casual blood pressure,some biochemical parameters,such as ET-1,blood potassuim,blood glucose,were evaluated before and after treatment. Result treatment group (enalapril and indapamide)had better effects than control group (enalapril) in reducing blood pressure and ET-1,while it had no significant in the blood potassuim, blood glucose. Conclusion enalapril and indapamide could be an effective method to care patients with hypertension and type2 diabetes mellitus.关键词
