不含氟哌利多的镇痛混合液在剖宫产术后镇痛中的应用效果

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of analgesia mixed liquor without droperidol in postoperative analgesia of uterine-incision delivery. Method The 154 cases with uterine-incision delivery were divided into the observe group and the control group. The control group received the analgesia mixed liquor with droperidol, and the observe group received the analgesia mixed liquor without droperidol. Results The scores of VAS in 4hour, 8hour, 12hour and 24hour in the observe group after operation were same to those in control group, and there were no significant difference in them respectively ( P> 0.05 ).The effect of analgesia in the observe group after operation were same to those in control group, and there were no significant difference in them respectively(P>0.05 ).The incidence rate of extrapyramidal in the observe group after operation was fewer than that in control group, and there were significant difference in them respectively ( P< 0.05 ). Conclusion The effect of analgesia mixed liquor without droperidol in postoperative analgesia of uterine-incision delivery is equal to that of analgesia mixed liquor with droperidol, and it is safer.关键词
