摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the three methods for the rate of ESBLs-production and provide appropriate and practical method for clinical. Methods Using Vitek32, disc confirmatory test and double-disc synergy test respectively for 181 strains escherichia coli and 121 Klebsiella peumoniae strains of bacteria ESBLs production testing, and compare the three methods for ESBLs strains produced positive. Results The ESBLs positive rate of Vitek32, disc confirmatory test and double-disc synergy test were40.1%, 39.1%, 36.8%. These three methods for detection ESBLs strains were no significant differences(P ＞ 0.05). Conclusions The Vitek32 has the advantages of simple, rapid, While disc confirmatory test and double-disc synergy test to operate, low price and reliable results. Each laboratotries could choose different methods accord to its conditions.关键词
