十二导联动态心电图对隐匿型冠心病的前瞻性研究
The prospective study of concealed concealed coronary heart disease by 12-lead Holter
摘要
Abstract
Objectives To investigate the diagnosis and positioning accuracy of concealed coronary heart disease(CHD) by 12-lead 24 hours Holter.Methods First, use Holter checking the highrisk patients of CHD and positioning the ischemic site, and then estimate whether the patients have serious slow arrhythmias and malignant ventricular arrhythmias or not. Do coronary angiography operation on the high-risk patients of CHD and compare with the Holter's results. At last, estimate the diagnosis and positioning accuray of concealed CHD by Holter. Results The coincidence rate is 90.1% between the positioning ischemic site of Holter and the blood-supply range of lesioned vessel by coronary angiography.Conclusions Holter can diagnosis concealed CHD, and position the ischemic site.关键词
