广州市12个社区卫生服务中心护理人力资源现状调查
Current status of nursing manpower in 12 community health service centers in Guangzhou
摘要
Abstract
Objetive To describe the status of nursing manpower in 12 community health service centers in Guangzhou and to analyze existing problems and provide corresponding suggestions.Methods A survey on all the nurses in 12 community centers was conducted by self-designed questionnaires.Results Community nurses were generally younger and had lower professional titles and weaker scientific research strength. However, their educational level has been enhancing. 56.7% of the nurses received moderate or higher level of professional education.Conclusions An increased educational level of community nurses lays a good foundation for nursing manpower training in the future.关键词
