无乳糖奶粉联合喜炎平治疗秋季腹泻的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of treating infants' diarrhea in autumn by combining Xi Yanping with milk powder without lactose. Methods Divide the 160 ill infants whose defecates with wheel virus are tested positive into two groups. The control group 80 cases are treated with 10 ～ 15 mg/(kg.d) Libavirin by way of intravenous drip one time per day. The infants have general diet, lasting three days. The treatment group are treated with 5 ～ 10 mg/(kg.d) Xi yanping injection by way of intravenous drip one time per day. Don't use general diet but feed infants with milk powder without lactose, lasting 3 days. Results The total efficient rate of the two groups are 93.25% and 70.00% separately, showing the difference is significant. Conclusion It is efficient and secure to treat infants' diarrhea in autumn by combining Xi Yanping with milk powder without lactose.关键词
