外耳道真菌病在耳内窥镜下的诊断与治疗
Diagnosis and treatment of otomycosis externa by ear endoscopy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment.of otomycosis externa by ear endoscopy.Methods 203 cases were diagnosed as otomycosis extema from 247 cases with suspected infection of external auditory canal according to the clinical manifestations and electric otoscope, ear endoscopy and laboratory examination,, they were randomly divided into control group ( 98 cases ) and treatment group ( 105 cases )and clinical efficacy and cure time were compared between two groups. Results The healing time and clinical efficacy of treatment group and control group were statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion The ear canal endoscopy can improve the diagnosis of fungal disease, and with hair dryer treatment can shorten healing time and improve the clinical efficacy of otomycosis.关键词
