摘要
Abstract
Objective Through investigating the way of tackling the medical tangle which happenned in the social medical institutions of a distract in Shenzhen,understanding the status about the way of social medical institutions tackling the medical tangle,providing reference for government sector which made the adjustment about the way of existing medical tangle treatment.Methods Surveying the directors of 52 social medical institutions about handling situations of the medical tangle during the time from 2006 to 2008 year in a district of Shenzhen.Results 95.83% of social medical institutions chose the way of negotiation tackling the medical tangle,4.17% of them chose administrative arbitration,no one chose medical identification and lawsuit.Conclusions Most of social medical institutions chose the way of negotiation tackling the medical tangle which ordinarily called "Settle privately" in present,almost didn 't chose the medical identification and lawsuit.the situation indicated the existing problems about the way of tackling the medical tangle, requiring necessary adjustments and reforms.关键词
