摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing interventions of early enteral nutrition in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Sixty patients of COPD were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.They were received enteral nutrition via-nasogastric tube and ordinary nasal feeding respectively within 24 hours after admission.The levels of total protein of serum,serum album,haematoglobin in both groups were detected on the first day and the 21th day respectively the nutritive index and the respiratory function were observerl.Resulte Measurements of pulmonary function and arterial blood gas:FVC,FEC1/FVC,PaO2 in the experimental group were significantly improved (P < 0.05) after 21 days' therapy .The nutritive index of the experimental group was also significantly better than that of the control group.Concliisions Early enteral nutritional support is very useful in the treatment for patients with COPD.High quality nursing is important for the implementation of enteral nutrion关键词
